“Nirmala Pathak, the founder of Orchids, is a true testament to the power of hard work and determination. She started her journey in the beauty industry as a Manager and HOD in a Lemon chain of salons and went on to start her own company, Orchids, in 2013. Despite facing challenges along the way, Nirmala remained passionate about her work and was inspired by her brother to pursue her dreams of entrepreneurship.

Nirmala’s experience and dedication to her work are evident in her ability to thrive in challenging situations. She is a self-motivated and reliable individual who values teamwork and can work well under pressure. With the support of her husband, Sachin Pathak, Nirmala has grown Orchids into a successful beauty company.

Now, Nirmala is taking her passion for the beauty industry to the next level by launching an academy. With her commitment to quality and drive to succeed, Nirmala is poised to make a significant impact in the beauty world and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.
